We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase but if you feel the need to return any item(s), you can do so within 14 days from the date you received your item(s).
Please ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition, and contact us before returning your item(s) so we can make a note on our system and provide the return address.
When we receive your return, it usually takes 5-7 working days to process your return.
Please Note : You need to pay for return postage for items that are unwanted, not faulty or damaged.
Items Missing, Faulty or Damaged in Transit
If any items are missing, faulty or damaged in transit, we ask that you report to us by noon the next working day AND within 3 working days in writing. If visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery note accordingly. Please take pictures of damaged or faulty items and email to us on [email protected] - Once we have verified the damage or fault, we can issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method. Damaged items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
